SentioTrade Refund Policy

At SentioTrade, we stand behind the quality of our courses. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our trading courses.
1. Standard Refund Policy
SentioTrade offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our standard courses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 25% of downloadable materials
- You provide a valid reason for requesting the refund
2. VIP One-on-One Training Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our VIP One-on-One Training program, we offer a modified refund policy:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the first scheduled session: 100% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the first scheduled session: 50% refund
- After the first session has been completed: No refund
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team by:

- Contact form: Fill out the form on our Contact page with the subject "Refund Request"
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Course purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
4. Processing of Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Special promotional courses marked as "Non-Refundable"
- Courses purchased as part of a bundle, unless the entire bundle is returned
- Courses where the student has accessed more than 25% of the content
- Additional services purchased separately from courses (consulting, custom analysis, etc.)
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or technical issues on our platform that prevent course access), we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the changes take effect.
